Atlas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We provide fully managed healthcare facilities services, including medical devices management, capital and estates services and facilities management, to clients across Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre and north Lancashire.
Since our founding in 2017, we have developed and strengthened services with an aim of providing the best high quality cost-effective property and facilities services. Our profits are used to both enhance NHS services and help grow our business. We also have ambitious plans to expand our service across a wider range of clients.
Whilst Atlas enjoys the opportunities to develop and grow afforded as an independent company, we also remain committed to upholding the core values of the NHS ethics, honesty and integrity. In addition, we use our position to develop and enhance collaborative integrated working with partners across the local health economy wherever possible.
A key responsibility of the Fire Safety Manager role will be to support the Head of Estates and Director of Operations in ensuring that the company meets its statutory, regulatory, governance, financial and contractual obligations in our contract with Blackpool Teaching Hospitals to deliver a comprehensive Fire Safety Service.
We need a confident and collaborative individual who is committed to delivering a first class service by bringing people together and making things happen.
